Park Concept

The Lost Canyon Bike and Skate Park vision reflects community input from surveys, comments and public meetings. This new park amenity will be a combination of a modern skate park, a bike park, and an asphalt pump track. It will be the 8th hybrid park of its kind in the USA.

The American Ramp company, a cutting edge action sports park builder, has provided valuable support throughout the initial planning and design phases.

Pump Track Bike Cornering

Pump Track

Try not to smile too hard while cruising the asphalt pump track.

A pump track is a circuit of rollers, banked turns and features designed to be ridden by skaters, bikers, scooters and roller-skaters.

The pump track will be asphalt for a smooth and predictable ride, while being highly durable and nearly maintenance free.

Skating Features

Skate Features

In a recent survey by the Montezuma Inspire Coalition, skating was selected as the number one outdoor activity Montezuma County youths participated in.

So, we listened.

This modern, state of the art park will be an immediate attraction for skaters in MoCo, and throughout the four corners.

Bike Jump Features

Bike Jumps and Features

Kids and adults will have a place to challenge themselves on small/medium/large dirt jump lines and other features such as wall rides and rock gardens.  This new bike park will be built for all skill levels.

Bike jump lines are a top request by local youth cyclists.  Engineered jumps and landings are designed to maximize safety, fun, and flow with minimal maintenance.

Donate Today!

For over two years The Town of Dolores and Lost Canyon Bike, Skate, Pump have worked to bring a state-of-the-art bike park, skate park, and pump track to Joe Rowell Park in Dolores, CO.

To date, we have raised nearly $600,000 (78%) of the funds needed to break ground on both the bike park and skate park this summer!

We need your help! Our goal is to raise $50,000 from community donations.

Help get this built!!!
